The course prepares prospective students to use innovative approaches in teaching and learning in order to empower nursing educators to work in a constantly changing environment. Thus, the course equips students with knowledge, skills and attitudes in curriculum development and teaching, in order to enable them apply the basic principles of teaching and learning. It also aims to empower students on cultivating a culture of learning and teaching through application of their managerial skills in various midwifery programmes.
